Start a good skincare regime for soft dewy looks
Last minute face packs and mountains of foundation won't give your skin the natural glow it deserves.
The preparation for spot-free and silky skin should start at least a month before the big day. Begin with a gentle
exfoliation routine twice a week as this removes the grits and grimes that sneak into your skin.
Treat yourself to a new hydrating moisturiser and spend at least a good ten minutes gently massaging it into your skin. For
particularly dry skin ask you pharmacist for a moisturiser containing vitamins A and E as these also combat acne.
If you suffer from frequent acne or blemishes then ask your pharmacist for facial products containing retin-A, benzoyl
peroxide, salicylic acid, cleocin-T, or sulfur. If those aren’t any help then don't fret as a dermatologist can advise
antibiotics and a non-oily moisturiser.
When stood in front of your husband to be, saying "I do", the dress isn't what he'll be looking at. You don't want him gazing
into a pair of puffy eyes. Dark bags or circles under the eye can be caused by numerous factors; common ones are lack of
sleep, poor nutrition and stress.
Try creams containing vitamin C, vitamin K, and alpha hydroxy acid. If those break the bank then oil of Olay's creams are
highly affective on the eye and can be followed up with an under eye concealer.
Try to get as many early nights as possible and remember to guzzle 8 glasses of water a day to ensure you keep on shining! In
the week running up to your big day don't try any new products, especially on skin. They may cause allergic reaction or bring
out extra blemishes, which would ruin all your previous preparations!
